Usui Reiki Level 1 – Shoden
Shoden is the first of three levels (or degrees) and is the start of your Reiki journey. In this one and a half day course you will receive an in-depth manual covering all aspects of Level 1 Reiki, gift and receive two Reiki treatments, learn a variety of self healing techniques and work through the following:
