I’ve just returned from the Enterra Class in the Netherlands and what an amazing class and energy it was. It was a real pleasure to share this new energy with so many fantastic people.

During the class there were beautiful connections with bodies. When a body is allowed to speak and be really heard and given the unconditional, non judgemental space by an Enterra Expert, amazing changes can happen. Whether a body requires deep relaxation, the reduction of pain, the release of emotional trauma or simply more flow with life, the Enterra energy works gently on so many levels.
To introduce this in the UK I have 20 hands on sessions available for only £25 (will normally be £65) and 20 online sessions for £15 (will normally be £45). A hands on session can range in time from 30 to 60 minutes, it’s entirely up to the body receiving. An online session is 30 minutes.
